The Enneagram Consortium is an information and referral source publishing the product resources and promoting the trainings of a group of Enneagram professionals dedicated to exploring the features and applications of the Enneagram. Until now, the emphasis in training has been teaching people to learn their type and the personality types of others. One commonly accepted history of this system goes from Oscar Ichaso to Claudio Naranjo, then to Helen Palmer and Don Riso who now claim that most of the trainers have studied with them or from people who have trained with them. All Enneagram teachers today owe their basic knowledge to someone who has gone before them. What you will find here are the new wave of Enneagram teachers who have taken their training and applied it to something else they are interested in and pioneering new applications of the Enneagram beyond the traditional "what's my type" approach. The more you study the Enneagram and discover how the personality typing system can give you insights in your professional and private lives, the more you will realize there is a great deal more to it than just personality types. If you want to know more, contact one of the Enneagram Consortium trainers listed above.
